He holds multiple Florida certifications including roofing, building, and solar contracting licenses — and has personally overseen more than 2,500 projects throughout his career.
Eric’s approach is straightforward: document everything, advocate fiercely for clients, and never cut corners. As a HAAG Certified Inspector, he brings forensic-level attention to every roof assessment and insurance claim.
Michelle co-owns Ideal Home Solutions and oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring every project runs smoothly from first contact to final walkthrough. Her attention to detail keeps the team on track, clients informed, and projects delivered on time.
